Mustard Mop

A great marinade or mop on chicken, pork and steak.

Bacon, 1/3 Cup (diced)

Onions, 1/4 Cup (diced)

Garlic, 1 Tablespoon (minced)

White Balsamic Vinegar, 1/2 Cup

1 Beer

Worcestershire Sauce, 1 Tablespoon

Whole Grain Mustard, 1 Cup

Dijon Mustard, 1/2 Cup

Brown Sugar, 2 Tablespoons

Salt, 1 Tablespoon

Pepper, 1 Teaspoon

Sweat bacon in a sauce pan. Add onion and cook until bacon is golden. Add garlic. Deglaze with vinegar and reduce by half. Add beer. Bring up heat and remove pan from heat before boiling. Add Worcestershire, mustards, spices and sugar.
